General Notes: Teacher, trick cyclist, played the banjo in a ladies band and smoked before it was the thing to do. Lived at 2 Hawthorn Grove, Rodley Nr Leeds. The clematis that she took from Bethel's house in Skipton was still growing at 2 Hawthron in 1977. Married 5 years 1 child living, 5 rooms Minnie married Walter Brook on 5 Aug 1905 in Keighley, Yorkshire, England. (Walter Brook was born in 1874 in Rodley, Leeds.) Marriage Notes: 11/20/08. Although the marriage date was previously entered, letter from Bethel Rhodes 16 July 1906 to Minnie confirms the date. |
